Procedure for Students Leaving Campus

Procedure for Students Leaving Campus

When your student has to leave campus for an appointment, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • We strongly encourage you to call the office in advance of your student leaving that day. This way, we can have a pass ready upon your arrival
  • When you arrive at the school office, sign your student out on the blue form at the counter. We will be asking for your I.D. so please come prepared
  • Give plenty of time for student to be summoned from class. Especially if you are picking up your student during their P.E. class as they will need time to change out of their P.E. clothes
  • If someone other than the parent is picking up the student, the parent must call the office or send in a note, this includes extended family members (grandparents, aunts, uncle, etc.) who are not on the emergency contact list
